The Beaten Path Nordic Trails is an active cross country ski club in the Atikokan/Quetico
area.
With the help of Friends of Quetico and many members and volunteers, The Beaten Path has developed
some of the best cross-country trails in Ontario.
North of Quetico Park boundary, and through-out the Dawson campgrounds, is over 70km. of diversified
trails. Quality groomed skate lanes, and track-set classic trails provide skiers to experience our great
wilderness
surroundings on safe but challenging trail systems.
For an alternative adventure, The Beaten Path fosters true wilderness skiing over the lakes and
portages of Quetico Park.
Whether returning to the roots of skiing over pristine frozen lakes, or taking a tour through our groomed
wilderness trails, make Atikokan a destination during your winter season.
Out of town dog owners...our trails are pet friendly and membership inexpensive. Mush skijor or
ski in the Atikokan/Quetico adventure area.
